If you have a newer gift card with a PIN you can check your balance here. (PIN is located on the back of the gift card to the right of the number). If you have an older gift card with no PIN, reach out to us at info@philzcoffee.com and include the numbers on the back of the card or share a picture, and we will check the balance for you!
Yes! We offer different grind types on all of our blends. Please use the suggested grind guide below to make the perfect cup.
Which grind option should I chose?
- Aeropress, K-Cup
- Fine
- Cone shaped filters (most pour-overs), flat bottom filter (auto-drip machines) Chemex, metal filters
- Medium
- French press, cold brew

We offer ground shipping from either USPS or UPS.
To cancel or update an order, please email info@philzcoffee.com as quickly as possible. We can not guarantee your request will be fulfilled before the order leaves our Roasting Facility.
We do not accept returns to our Roasting Plant, as we cannot determine whether or not our quality standards have been compromised after the product leaves our facility. Since our coffee is vacuum sealed, all of our bags stay fresh for up to 120 days. We recommend donating or gifting any unwanted pounds!
We do not currently offer gift notes or gift packaging. However, we understand how nice it would be to include a nice message and are working on making this a feature in the future.
Once you have added everything to your cart, go to checkout. On the right side of the page, you will see your cart summary and total. Right below your “total”, you will see “Have a promo code?” Click and enter the promo code, then select “apply”.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days after placing your order unless otherwise specified on the website.
We currently ship to all states in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally due to current shipping constraints.
We follow local sales tax regulations. Depending on your shipping location, orders may or may not be taxed. For California residents, food to go is not taxed, much merchandise like mugs or T-Shirts are taxed. Our coffee prices do not include tax.
- For single placed orders, you will receive an item fulfillment email once your order is ready to ship. The email will provide your tracking number as well as your invoice.
- For subscribers, your first shipment will include an item fulfillment email with your tracking number. Your future shipments will only include the cash sale billing receipt.

- For over ten years we have enjoyed supporting our local communities with donations for fundraising and events. However, we are no longer accepting donation requests from our Home Office. We will continue to give bean donations through our stores. Please reach out to the store closest to you if you have a donation request.
