RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

STEPS WE'VE TAKEN

We're part of the Sustainable Coffee Challenge, a global initiative to make coffee the first sustainable commodity.

Since 2015, we've participated in the Checkoff Program from World Coffee Research. The program helps drive essential research on the coffee plant and the conditions that allow it to thrive.

In 2020 we engaged Enveritas to perform a third-party verification of our sustainability practices and our Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria. This process covered approximately 17% of our total green coffee purchasing.

To support our goal of responsible sourcing, we’ve partnered with Food 4 Farmers, an organization dedicated to building a food secure future for coffee farming communities.
