We do not offer prepaid subscriptions but you can sign up and cancel anytime.
Your first subscription will ship 3-5 business days after you sign up.
You can use a gift card to start a subscription but you will need to update your payment method after your first order. If you still have a balance on your gift card and want to apply it to future subscription shipments, please email info@philzcoffee.com.

- 2. In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!" and then select "Profile"
- 3. Click “Credit Cards” and add the card.
- 4. Next, click on Subscriptions > Action > Edit to update the preferred payment information for your active item(s).

- 4. Then make any changes to your subscription

- 4. Next, click on Subscriptions > Action > Edit to update the preferred shipping info address for your active item(s).
- 5. Once you've updated the subscription, click "Save" and you're all set!

Yes, you can skip a delivery! You are able to make updates to your subscription three (3) days before your “ship date”. Log onto your subscription account and update the “ship date” to the next time you would like to receive an order.
Unfortunately, you cannot add one time orders to your existing subscription. To place a one time delivery, log into your account and place the order.
Subscriptions are free if:
- 1. You subscribe to two (2) or more bags.
- 2. All bags are on the same delivery frequency. You can choose to have orders delivered every 1, 2 , 3 , 4, 6, or 8 week(s).
- 3. USPS is the carrier.
Here is how to cancel your subscription, you are able to cancel your subscription three (3) days before your “ship date”.
